Michael Sachs
Michael Sachs began Sachs Appraisal Services in 1995. He has completed over 2,500 appraisals for uses that range from bankruptcies, divorces and estates to mortgages. Michael has been an appraiser since 1992. He is a member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. He has experience testifying in Chancery Court as well as Family Court. Michael received a J.D. from Widener Law school in 1995.
